Panoramic Welcome and Organic Vineyard Tour
Your experience begins on our panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of the Belice Valley. From here, we will take a walk through our organic vineyards, where you will learn about our winemaking philosophy and our commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.
Winery Tour and Traditional Method Sparkling Wine Experience
After the vineyard walk, we will enter the winery to explore every stage of production, from winemaking and barrel aging to bottling our organic wines.
Special attention will be dedicated to our Traditional Method Sparkling Wines, which we have been producing since 2010. You will visit our underground temperature-controlled cellar, specifically designed for the aging and secondary fermentation of sparkling wines, a unique space where time shapes the evolution of our wines.
Wine Tasting, Local Flavors and Sunset Views
The experience concludes at sunset with a guided tasting of three organic Funaro wines, paired with a selection of seasonal local specialties chosen to showcase the finest flavors of our territory.
During the afternoon sessions, guests will enjoy the tasting surrounded by the colors and aromas of the Sicilian countryside, while admiring the sunset over the Belice Valley.
