Bruxelles 2025<\/strong> ceremony took place, one of the most prestigious wine competitions in the world.<br>Being among producers from across the globe was a moment of great pride and emotion for <strong>us at Cantina Funaro<\/strong>: our wines were recognized as <strong>exemplary organic Sicilian wines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of <strong>7,165 samples<\/strong> tasted internationally, Gold Medal \u2013 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Made with <strong>organic Grillo grapes from Salemi<\/strong>, the vineyard grows on <strong>marly soils rich in organic matter with a pebbly layer known as \u201cCuti\u201d<\/strong>, typical of the area.<br>This wine represents <strong>the elegance of Grillo in its Reserve expression<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After fermentation in stainless steel, it ages for one year in <strong>large French oak barrels<\/strong>, preserving <strong>freshness, minerality, and aromatic
